Who are digii?

We’re a talented bunch of designers, whiz kids, wordsmiths and marketeers looking to bring simple, stylish and affordable websites to the masses. Nowadays websites are often overloaded with information that’s proven too much and often turns visitor away. At digii we’re all about a clutter free site so expect something good looking, straight to the point and effective. 

 

I want a digii website, what happens next?

Great news! We don’t faff around here – from the moment you’re on board we’ll work tirelessly to get you online as soon as possible. One of our first chats will be based around a quick questionnaire to understand the nature of your business and website requirements. We’ll then share a selection of websites we’ve built from our portfolio, along with new template ideas to gauge your taste. From there we’ll progress to a first draft with the design, which you can see live on screen and road-test remotely! Next, well work with you to add the text and finally, we’ll iron out any amends before you go live. 

 

How do I cancel my subscription and what happens next?

Cancelling your subscription with us is easy. Simply email hello@digii.online and we’ll cancel the direct debit. Your website will be taken down on the last day of your direct debit.

 

Will I own the website?

We own the design and hosting of the website and therefore can’t allow you to take it elsewhere. The website must not be copied or recreated in any way. It will however be stored in our design archive for 3 years and can be reinstated by us at any time. You will still own your domain name and are free to work with any new agency or designer to rebuild a site using this domain.

 

What happens if I don’t like my design? 

We trust you’ll like your design – we work super hard in the initial stages to ensure it meets your expectations. However, if for some reason you’re not satisfied with our first design reveal, we offer 2 additional rounds of amends to ensure we get it just right! 

 

What happens if I’ve reached my update allowance for the month?

Each monthly subscription packages comes with an update allowance. If you’ve reached your allowance for the month, hang on as there’s always next month! Or, if you’re super keen to get things updated, you can always upgrade your plan or talk to us and we can work out something bespoke.

 

Can I carry over updates if I don’t use them in one month? 

Unfortunately, we can’t allow any updates to roll over to the following month. Why not speak with us on how to manage your updates and ensure you’re getting the most out of your allowance.

 

What happens if I want a website redesign?

We’re a pretty generous group of people – we offer a completely free website refresh or redesign after 3 years of subscription! 

 

How do I contact digii to make the updates?

Simply email hello@digii.online with a list of your amends. Depending on the complexity of the amends we’ll action them immediately or arrange to call you back and chat through anything a little more complex to ensure we get it just right.

 

What does an ‘update’ include?

Updates include adding / removing pictures, uploading content such as blog posts new testimonials, revised / new website text (written and supplied by you)

 

Can digii help with a personalised email? 

Yes! You own your domain name, so you can either do that yourself or we can help you for a small extra charge. 

 

Why don’t digii pay for the domain name?

We always recommend our clients paying for their own domain. This gives you the freedom to move on from us and be in control of your future. It is often said online to never let the web designer own your domain name as it can be used and abused! 

 

How come it’s so cheap? 

We have designed and customized 100’s of templates through Wix and Squarespace so its easier for us to design websites based off these templates. Web designers are often expensive because they try and sell you a huge website with a flash design. Have you ever noticed that most websites are basically the same. 

 

Can I upgrade / downgrade my plan?

Yes of course! We like to give you the freedom and flexibility to change your package depending on your circumstances and requirements. Please allow once months’ notice for these changes will take effect.
