Terms of Business

1. Service Overview

Digii provides web design, development, and ongoing maintenance services in exchange for a monthly subscription fee. Services include, but are not limited to:

• Website design and development
• Ongoing website maintenance and updates
• Hosting and performance monitoring (if included in the plan)
• Technical support

The scope of services depends on the subscription plan selected at checkout.

2. Subscription & Payment

2.1 Subscription Billing

• All services are billed on a monthly recurring basis via Stripe.
• Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
• The first payment is processed immediately upon subscribing. Subsequent payments will occur on the same calendar day each month.

2.2 Pricing

• Pricing is outlined on our website and may change from time to time.
• Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

2.3 Payment Failure

• If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your method up to three times.
• If not successful within 7 days, your services may be paused or terminated.

3. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

Once subscribed, you will be asked to submit the required content and project brief. Typical turnaround time for initial design and setup is 7 to 14 business days, depending on complexity. Ongoing changes and support requests are handled in the order received and subject to fair use.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide timely access to all assets, content, and feedback necessary to complete the work.
• You affirm that all materials (logos, images, text, etc.) provided by you are owned by you or properly licensed.

5. Intellectual Property

All website code and design created by Digii under your subscription becomes your property once theinitial minimum term (see Section 6) is met and all payments are up to date. Any third-party licenses (e.g., stock photos, fonts, plugins) may be subject to separate terms.

6. Minimum Term & Cancellation

• Subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 3 months.
• After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel your subscription at any time with no further commitment.
• Cancellation must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Pausing & Resuming Service

You may request to pause your subscription for up to 1 month in any 12-month period. During a pause, no work will be performed, and billing is suspended.

8. Limitations of Liability

While we aim to maintain a high standard of quality and uptime, Digii is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription and access to services immediately, without prior notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• You fail to make payments
• Your behavior is abusive or harmful to our team or business

10. Modifications to Terms

Digii reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising will be handled in the courts of law.
